We gladly accept returns within 14 days from receipt of merchandise. All refunds will be for the paid price less shipping charges, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part. Your refund will be processed when the item(s) being returned have been received. In order for you to receive full credit, the items(s) must be unused, undamaged, in their original packing and returned within 14 days of receipt. There are exceptions to this policy; notably software with a broken seal.

Please do not return anything without notifying us and then waiting for a response to your request, which should be with you within 24 hours.
